6. HIIT Cardio — Stairmaster Blaster


Protocol: Stairmaster — 9 minutes

The Stairmaster Blaster HIIT Workout runs 9 minutes and requires a stair mill (this thing). It’ll be excruciating after destroying your legs and booty with copious squats and lunges, but it’s an incredibly effective grand finale to burn out your lower body and incinerate fat in the process.

And if your gym doesn’t have a stair mill, substitute it by walking/jogging with a high treadmill incline of 10-15% for 10 minutes.
