Epic Squat Fail — This Is Why You Shouldn’t Try To Squat 855 Pounds [VIDEO]

Oh jesus. There are no words.

We’ve discussed in-depth what it takes to quality as a full-blown, unadulterated gym idiot. This firmly falls in that camp.

I understand if you’re a competitve powerlifter and it’s your job to squat close to a half-ton of weight. But if you’re a complete and utter amateur—note the lack of clips and typical gym barbell set-up—PLEASE don’t try to squat 855 pounds at your local gym.

This genius tried just that on a regular squat set-up (pros use special bars and competition plates for extreme weights) and it escalated into exactly what you’d expect — a cascading squat avalanche.

So yeah, laugh at the gym idiocy because noone got hurt, but don’t try this at home.
