[Review] Workout More, Carry Less With CardNinja
*Lean It UP product reviews are never sponsored, solicited, or paid. We review products purely based on our own honest, independent opinion(s) and experience(s), with the intention of helping readers find what’s awesome in fitness/nutrition today (and avoid what’s not).
If there’s one thing I savor, it’s simplicity. With summer on the way, the liklihood of spontaneous physical activity skyrockets. Whether you’re a chronic gym-goer, hiker, biker, soccer stud, or Nike-to-pavement junkie, your wallet is inevitably a huge pain in the budungus. Don’t let that serve as a point of friction — get a CardNinja.
CardNinja is a discreet, adhesive Spandex pouch that easily sticks to the back of any smartphone/MP3 player. It’s designed to hold up to 8 credit cards and IDs, but it’s also strong/pliable enough to hold cash, keys, and hotel keycards. Condoms, too. Maybe a few animal crackers and a ChapStick.
For under $20 it’s an extremely clever, functional, well-constructed accessory. I personally love mine for impromptu city runs — you can listen to music, carry a credit card, license, & cash, and have your phone all on one arm, hands free — and storing hotel keycards, which I ALWAYS lose without fail. It’s also great for nights out when you want to live a little lighter and de-puff your pocket(book)s.
Just don’t lose your phone; it’s already painful enough when you do.
Product Features Include:
- High quality adhesive (also removable)
- Works with iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone, MP3 players, etc.
- Made from pliable Spandex
- Flexible and secure enough to hold cash and up to eight credit or ID cards
- Available in ninja black, steel, and eggplant colors
- Price: $19.95, CardNinja.com
Verdict: RECOMMENDED BUY.

When he’s not working on his (or somebody else’s) abs, whipping up Eggocados, or running a Tough Mudder, he’s probably off yelling at a Carolina Panthers game somewhere.
